Refund Policy
1. General Policy
All fees paid to the Computer Centre are subject to the terms and conditions stated in this refund policy. Refunds are not automatic and are granted only under specific circumstances.
2. Registration / Admission Fees
- Registration or admission fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- These fees cover administrative and processing costs.
3. Course Fees
- Course fees are non-refundable once classes have commenced.
- If a student withdraws before the start of the course, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative charges.
4. Centre-Initiated Cancellation
- If a course or batch is cancelled by the Computer Centre due to unavoidable reasons, eligible students will receive a full or proportionate refund for the remaining duration.
- Refunds will be processed within the specified time frame.
5. Missed Classes
- No refund will be provided for classes missed due to personal reasons, illness, late joining, or irregular attendance.
- Make-up classes may be provided at the centre’s discretion.
6. Transfer of Fees
- Fees are not transferable to another student or course unless approved by the management.
7. Refund Process
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing with valid proof.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days through the original mode of payment.
8. Disciplinary Termination
- If a student is removed from the Computer Centre due to violation of rules or misconduct, no refund will be issued.
9. Management Rights
- The Computer Centre management reserves the right to amend or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
- The management’s decision regarding refunds shall be final and binding.
10. Acceptance of Policy
Payment of fees indicates full acceptance of this refund policy.
