The Computer Centre facilities are provided for academic, training, research, and official purposes only.
Access Rights
Only authorized users are allowed to access the Computer Centre. Users must follow the allotted timings and rules.
User Responsibility
Each user is responsible for the activities carried out on the computer system during their session. Sharing of login credentials is strictly prohibited.
Acceptable Use
Users shall not:
- Access illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt hacking, data theft, or system manipulation
- Misuse internet or network resources
Software Policy
Installation or removal of software without permission is not allowed. Only licensed and approved software may be used.
Data Safety
Users must save their work on personal storage devices or approved cloud services. The Computer Centre is not responsible for loss of data.
Internet Usage
Internet access is for educational and official purposes only. Downloading pirated content or visiting restricted websites is prohibited. Internet usage may be monitored.
Care of Equipment
All computer systems and peripherals must be handled carefully. Any damage must be reported immediately. Food and drinks are not allowed inside the Computer Centre.
Security Measures
Users must not attempt to bypass security systems. External devices may be scanned for viruses before use.
Violation of Terms
Violation of these terms and conditions may result in suspension of access, disciplinary action, or legal consequences.
